Job profiles after BCA are System engineer, software tester, junior programmer, web developer, system administrator, software developer etc or you can go for further studies for MCA. And, after mca offered job profiles are web developers, system analysts, troubleshooter, IT architect, software consultants etc. If you pursue mca, they are given preference offer BCA students as they are considered more trained and professional.
