After your BCA you may secure Job as a Computer Operator/IT Manager with some of the Public/Private Sector Banks. There are regular advertisements for such positions, however most of the Top Private Sector Banks like ICICI, Axis and Kotak, have nowadays shifted to hiring Engineering Graduates for such Technical Positions.

You may prepare for SBI PO, IBPS PO and other Probationary Officer Examinations, with good preparation after BCA. PO at a Public Sector Bank is one of the most secure and stable jobs in the Financial Sector Today.

However, after BCA I would advise you to prepare for the NIMCET Exam followed by MCA from some of the best NITs for better career scope and prospects, be it in the Technical, IT or Finance Sector.
