For jee  examinations you can consider ncert books especially for chemistry of great use. In Physics Concept of physics by H.C Verma along with ncert will cover all the necessary topics for jee. In mathematics you can consider books of Amit M Aggarwal of Arihant publication along with n.c.e.r.t. mathematics.
I will also recommend you to try to stick to limited number of books throughout the preparation period .
