Hi Ishu, As per your about what measure to be taken after entrance exam, i would like to inform you that after exam you have to wait for result. After result is declared and you know your rank in all india and your concern state, you have to attend counselling, for some private colleges you have to separately fill the form for counseling.. then there are different rounds of counselling...like 1st, 2nd 3rd..then mopup round....if you want to upgrade or change your college or course and you have better rnk you can do the same if thats available

Ultimately you become a medico...Cheers

Hopefully it helps

Regards
