Hello aspirant, 

In order to get into a decent government college for vetenary via neet you need to score a minimum of 390-395. Well this score may rise upto 400 also. 

This information is for general category students. If you belong to some reserved category then the cutoff may decrease also. 

But in case of obc there isn't much difference.
