Since you have asked the minimum  marks for SC candidate,  anything more than 45% of total score is sufficient to get a CS branch in an old IIT. 

But the cutoff ranks(category ranks)  of JEE Advanced for CS branch in IIT's are as follows :

1.IIT Delhi-35

2.IIT Bombay-22

3.IIT kharagpur-77

4.IIT kanpur-75

5.IIT guwahati-197

6.IIT Roorkee-132

7.IIT madras-54
