The minimum marks are the cut off marks required to get seat in a college. Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates appeared, number of seats available and other such factors. In 2019 the cut off was as follows for Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi category wise under state quota

• General:647
• OBC: 615
• ST: 455

Cut off rank under AIQ was as follows

• General: 32 (Approx. 681-690 marks)
• SC: 896 (Approx. 651 marks)
• ST: 3494 (Approx. 621-630 marks)
• OBC: 148 (Approx. 671-680  marks)
