Hii,First of all both should not be compared each have their own importance. Only common thing is they both have one motto to serve people and get them away from their diseases.

I am a BAMS graduate, I want to share some facts about AYURVEDA in this perspective. Susrutha is called as Father of surgery. He is the first person to explain how surgery have to be done and also he is the first person to do rhinoplasty. Method of dissecting dead body was also described in writing SUSRUTHA SAMHITHA.

In my opinion Ayurveda is same from ages but Modern medicine is definitely in advance and make using of advanced technologies.

So I prefer not to compare both. The relationship between them is like a relationship between your grand father and you. You can have more strength and knowledge but your grand father is your base.
