Basically students opt PCM or PCB taking PCMB will avail you a lot of options in future for your career but each field requires focus. If you wish to give JEE then you need to focus on that but if you wish to attempt NEET then it requires a different path. So I suggest you to opt either PCM or PCB. Attend counselling sessions to make your mind clear.
