The qualification required to become CEO irrespective of GOOGLE or any other company are:

• BACHELOR'S DEGREE
  
• BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (MBA)
• 8 YEAR + OF WORK EXPERIENCE

Even after also you may not get a chance to become CEO before the qualities required are different from academics because good level of SOFT SKILLS are must like LEADERSHIP QUALITIES, MANAGEMENT, GOOD DECISION MAKER, DISCIPLINE etc.
