As far as the questions asked in the Personal Interview round at IIMs are concerned, there is no specific pattern or type is prescribed. Although there is a set of generic questions which you can expect in PI, you cannot expect to know all the questions. The range of questions may cover your academic background, work experience (if any), personal interests, general knowledge or current affairs etc.
