Income Tax Department don't conduct any particular examination for its recruitment. Income Tax Department comes under Centre Board of Direct Tax that recruit from SSC Common Graduate Level, UPSC CSE and CHSL for various post. Sometime it also recruit through Sports quota. For Group A post, It recruit from UPSC CSE IRS (IT) for Group B post, It recruit through SSC CGL.
