There is CSJM scholarship scheme in Kanpur university for Bcom, BSc, BA for  first and second year students, remember only those candidates are eligible for this scholarship scheme who are financially weak.
Here eligibility criteria says that first you need to have at least 60% marks in your previous examination , and income limit must be 2,00000 and below for that you will have to attach a copy of your income certificate with your application form , this income certificate would have mentioned income at most 2,00000 annually and it would be approved by tehsil department and secretary of your district.
