To be an International Lawyer you need to enroll yourself to the Council of that country in which you want to practice law. Also your Law degree must be internationally acknowledged. You will not get a single license to practice in any country but you have to register yourself to a perfect council in the country which you want to practice in. The procedure of getting a license may change from country to country.
