Hi

You need to study in telengana more then 4years outoff 7years and if you have done your study outside telengana then you comes under nonlocal and also if your parents are in telengana for long time then also you comes under local

To prove your local status you need 6-10 bonafides studying in telengana and also residence certificate you need to submit this documents during counselling
