After completion of BBI, if you are interested in getting job at banking sector, you can give bank exams like probation officer. This is conducted by many banks. Though the competition is higher as people who have done their degree and btech would also apply for these exams, you would get an advantage in the interview as your course is much relevant.

You can also go for higher studies like M.B.A or M.com.
