There are many chances you get a job outside Odisha or India after completing course under OUAT.

The apex body of Agriculture education and recruitment in India is ICAR( Indian council of Agriculture research).

ICAR recruits Agriculture graduates and post graduates in different posts at different KVKs(Krishi Vigyan Kendra) and RRTTS (Regional Research and Technology Transfer Station) through out India.

Again there are several All India Coordinated Research Projects all over India where you can be recruited as scientists, project assistants etc.

Apart from this there are many State Agriculture Universities
, TNAU in Tamil nadu etc. You can join there as Asst. Professor or Associate professor after completing Post graduate. But for this you have to qualify ICAR-NET exam ( National Eligibility Test).

You can even join as AAO( Asst. Agriculture Officer), AHO( Asst. Horticulture Officer), Seed Testing Officer, Soil Conservation Officer etc.

You can work under FCI( Food Corporation of India), IFFCO, NSC etc.

These are public sector jobs( Govt jobs).

If you are interested in private sector or corporate sector jobs you can join in different seed and fertilizer and pesticides industries. If you have a Management degree( may it be ABM or MBA) you can even get chance to go abroad by joining MNCs( multi national company) like Monsanto etc.

Again you can work in different nationalised and private banks in India. There is a post called AFO( Agriculture field officer), it is asst manager rank. You can get into banks through this.
