a. The passport photograph must be taken with a placard while the placard is being held by the
candidate indicating name of candidate and date of taking photograph. In case name and date
are written on the photograph after taking it, the application will be rejected.
( Just like holding a slate with your name and date)


b. The name and date on the photograph should be correct.

Please check below details -

 

Photograph -

• Recent, coloured photograph on white background.

• Name of the candidate and date of clicking must be written on a placard in hand.

• Dimensions of Photograph (Width x Height): 30mm x 45mm

• Save it as ‘Candidate Photograph.jpg’.

 

Size and Format -

Size - 10 Kb to 80 Kb

Format - JPG
