There are number of subjects which are taught in B. Tech, it totally depends upon on the stream you have chosen .If you have chosen computer science and engineering ,then there will be subjects like c, c++,data structure and algorithms ,computer networks, operating system, digital electronics, web development ,etc. So different streams have different subjects.
