What are the timings for engineering college

Hello Dear

The timing of engineering institute will vary as college to College. Generally it will be around 8 AM - 2/3 PM which includes the brake and the lunch session as well. Inorder to check the timing of the specific college you are requested to visit it's official website inorder to get the exact details about that.

What does genral shift means ? And what are the specific timings for it ?

Generally the timings are there in 2 shifts, morning shift begins from 8 and ends till 2 where as noon shift starts from 12 and ends till 6, where as in case of single shift colleges,  the timing is from 10 to 4.

Hello Urvi, looks like you are quite excited about your college days. So, as per your question the timings for most college is from 9:00 AM in the morning to 5:00 PM in the evening but do not worry you do not have to study form 9 to 5 it consists of lunch break and few more hours break.
