I guess what you meant was types of teeth according to their attachment with jaw bone.

So Types of teeth according to attachment with Jaw bone is of THREE types mainly :

1. Acrodont - teeth are attached to the free surface or summit of jaw bone. Eg - Sharks
2. Pleurodont - Teeth are attached to inner side of jaw bone by their base and one side. Eg - Lizards
3. Thecodont - Teeth with well developed roots implanted in deep individual pits called alveoli or theca . Eg - Mammals and Crocodiles.
