The examinations for undergraduate Medical Entrance for government colleges in India include AIIMS, Jipmer and Neet
The forms I usually out by the second week of February on the online portal for Neet, and you must fill them by the first week of March, make corrections in the second week in the online window if required, and get your admit cards by the last week of April, give the examination in the first week of May, and get the result by mid June
For AIIMS usually the process starts a bit late and form fillup is completed by the end of March and the examination held in mid may or June
The dates of Jipmer are variable between the 2nd to 3rd week of May and the forms I usually available by February to March

If you want to opt for MBBS in India, you will have to do so by either of the following exams -  NEET,  JIPMER or AIIMS. All of the three can be attempted and there is no alternative way to go for mbbs in India.
