All these are highly competitive exams. JEE will be the toughest, VITEE and BITSAT are the second toughest exams finally SRMJEE's paper will be placed. If you are from CBSE you will have to work a little more harder to crack these exams because a lot of main parts have been removed from the syllabus due to this pandemic. Similarly focus on your boards which plays a vital in case of cancelling entrance exams like VITEEE, SRMJEE, etc.

I hope you are asking which among the engineering exams is the best. My answer would be JEE since the others are for a particular college alone. But if you are aiming to study in a particular college alone like in VIT then yuo should concentrate on VITEEE.

Moreover if you prepare for JEE then the syllabus for the others are also almost similar, so you can appear for all as long as you have registered for the same.
