One of the top books for bsc nursing exam is Arihant Publications. RS AGGARWAL, ATI TEAS Secret Study Guide are some of the good books as well. Bsc Nursing entrance exam with general knowledge by Arihnt Publications in 2019 edition is certainly best for indepth coverage and lucid explanation. Very much recommend by toppers and amongst most cost effective and easy to grasp.
