As per rank predictor for pessat, for computer engineering upto approx rank 900 can get an admission. For Electronics and communication upto approx rank 1500 can get an admission. For electronic engineer approx upto rank 2000 can get an admission. And upto rank 3000 oke can get an admission other branches like civil, mecbanical, etc. So you can expect that you will get an admission in almost all branches ezcept computer engineering. And upto some extent admission in electronics and communication chances are 50-50.
