If you want to get admission In nit then you have to score 150+ because this score is considered to be a good score And in percentile you have to score around 98 percentile to get reputed nit .As you want to take electronics and communication branch and a core branch so the cutoff is quite high .Top nits like NIT TRICHY,NIT SURATHKAL,NIT WARANGAL then you need extra hardwork.
