as you mentioned you get 200 marks in NEET. it is the very less score and you cannot get seat in any govt. college in India.

admission process into medical colleges depend on state quota, caste, etc..

you may get seat into private colleges, that too depends on the state quota etc..

If you would like to get seat in govt. medical colleges in India, I suggest you to prepare well and retake the NEET exam in next year again.

if you perform well and get good marks next attempt then there will be chance to get seat in govt. medical colleges.

if you want to continue with the same marks this year you can join in private college if you got allotted a seat.
