Hello blohithsatyavenkat , From my experience and daily routines I just want to say you that after wake up early in the morning just do some workout at anywhere you want like gym or home exercise, yoga or meditation any think because that things make people motivated.

Getting up early in the morning after a good 8 hours of sleep is a good sign. After waking up, get some fresh air. You can start your day by doing some exercise preferably breathing exercises and some yoga. This will help you to stay active throughout the day. Have a good heavy breakfast because empty stomach makes one weak and lazy the rest of the day. You can also go for a morning walk which will help your body to stay fit.
