Hi, To get ino banking field you should be prefreably from commerce background. Also you will have to gain some bank experience by initially getting into internships and then proper jobs. Also the more number of years and skills you gain, the more you are close to your goal.

You can do BBA in Banking and Insurance or even later MBA in Finance or related field.
