Hello Candidate,
If you get very good marks in Jee main of JAN than you directly go prepare for Jee Advanced which wipp be held on 29 May.
If marks are in average or low than you should prepare for APRIL JEE as final cutoff for various categories will release after the APRIL JEE.
And many government and private institutions will release cutoff for various categories after the APRIL JEE.

If your marks in JAN JEE are too high as per cutoff which will be released in the end of this month than seriously you should start prepare for Jre Advance.
