With a NEET 2025 score of 545 you have a strong chance of getting an MBBS seat, especially under the state quota. Most government medical colleges in various states have cutoffs ranging between 520 to 580 for unreserved and OBC categories so your score puts you in acompetitive range. If you belong to a reserved category, your chances become even better. In states like Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, and Madhya Pradesh, students with similar scores have secured seats in government or semi-government colleges in previous years. If you’re aiming  for the All India Quota it may be a bit tough, as cutoffs are slightly higher, but you still have a chance in the later rounds or in newly established government colleges. You also have good chances of admission in private medical colleges with lower fees under government quota seats. To be sure, use NEET rank predictors and college predictors to see where your score fits in based on your category and state. Participate actively in the counseling process, fill as many choices as possible and keep an eye on vacancy and mop-up rounds. Your score is definitely good enough for an MBBS seat with the right strategy.
