Hi Snigdha,

If you scored 545 in NEET 2025, you can safely say that you reasonably expect a government MBBS seat using your state quota, especially if you are in a reserved category or are from a state with lower cutoff trends. Under All India Quota (AIQ), it would be tough to expect a government MBBS seat from top-tier colleges; however, semi-government or private medical colleges would be feasible in states such as Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra or Tamil Nadu depending on your category and domicile.

It is best to check out past year cutoffs and state-wise counselling and consider your category rank to have a better idea of what to expect.
