Hey dear , cutoff varies every year, seeing the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get a govt. Mbbs seat. So, with 450 marks being a general cadidate you have very less chances for govt. Mbbs even under state quota, although try your luck and attend counselling. I will suggest you to use the college predictor and also check the cutoff of colleges in Karnataka for NEET i will give the link for both.Some colleges you can get in are

  • Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences, Bangalore
