College order should be based on your institute preferences bearing in mind these things:

- The branch that you prefer
- The location that you prefer
- University rankings

If you are going for CSE/IT then

- College of Engineering, Pune

- Pune Institute of Computer Technology

- Visvesvaraya National Institute Of Technology
