Hello student,

It's difficult to predict the exact cut-off score. Cutoff changes every year. It depends on the lot of factors such as the exam pattern, the number of students appeared, the number of students qualified, whether you belong to any category or not.

You haven't mentioned the category you belong to, so it's difficult to predict. Considering you as a general candidate you need to score above 550 to get admission in government medical College and to get admission in government Dental Colleges you need to score above 520. However, this data is based on the last year's cutoff.
