Hello,
After higher secondary, candidates who want to become an IAS officer are required to obtain graduation in any discipline from a UGC recognized university. Bachelor of degree is the minimum qualification that required to apply the civil service exam. There is no minimum percentage required to be eligible for this exam.
Final year candidates are also eligible to apply for this exam.
