After writing your icar examination ,if you're sure enough that you would get admission in the applied college,you can wait up till the admissions ,or else you can opt for different courses like Bsc in mathematics, physics or chemistry and so on as per your choice .You can also go for certification courses ,if interested.Hope this answer is helpful and good luck.
