IAS is Indian Administrative Service officer. If you are an IAS officer or any India Government service officer like IPS , IFS also you can go for higher study after getting your job. You have to apply Indian government for higher study in abroad or in India they will get you the permission. Infact you can take a break from your position and complete your study then you can come back to join your post. You can allow for foreign further studies only after a duration of five years. So you can pursue MBA course, you can go for masters degree, you can do PhD. Anything you can want to study in abroad. But make sure it will helpful in your career then it will be more beneficial for you.
