Dear Jay,  the online registration process for TNEA counselling will begin tentatively in he first week of May for admissions in 563 participating colleges. This will be the registration cum application process. You will have toregister online at their official website and once you register you will be given a random 10 digit number which will be used during tie breaking situations. The admissions will be based on the marks scired in your 10+2. After the registration, you will be allotted a Facilitation centre and on the allotted date you need to get your documents verified. Post that the merit list will be released. And you will have to participate in online choice filling and confirming of the seat. 

And regarding KCET, KEA has announced that KCET will be conducted on April 29th and 30th. The application window has been reopened until March 20th. The last date to make the application fees is March 21st. And the correction window will open on March 21st and the last date is March 25th. Only those candidates who have made the payment can make the corrections in the application form.
