Hi

JEE main syllabus is basically the syllabus of class 11th and 12th NCERT for physics chemistry and maths while Neet syllabus is basically the syllabus of class 11th and 12th NCERT for physics chemistry and Biology.

So, the main difference between JEE main and Neet syllabus is that in place of mathematics there is biology in NEET examination

Anyways,

For your reference the syllabus of both jee main and neet is given below

JEE MAIN

PHYSICS

*Physics and measurement

*Kinematics
