So in order to take admission in BPT course you may/may not need NEET. Now what does this mean? It means that some Colleges/institutions in the country specially the government institutions consider NEET scores for admission to Bpt. While some colleges prepare their own merit list based on the candidate's class 12th board scores. This is mainly done by the private colleges. So if you want to take admissisn toh government institutions you must qualify  NEET.
Some colleges of Maharashtra conduct MHT CET as an entrance exam to prepare merit for their Bpt colleges.

I am physiotherapist. I am from gujrat. In gujrat there are no require NEET or other entrance exam. In short, to get admission in gujrat fo bachelor's Of Physiotherapy your merit based on 12th marks.

But in other states it's different. You may contact to physiotherapy college which you selected.

Admission procedure in Bachelor of Physiotherapy is different for different colleges. Most of the colleges take admission on basis of NEET scores while some others don't require NEET. They conduct there own entrance exams. It is the same with MHCET. Many colleges refer to MHCET scores for admission while some others ask for NEET marks.

It would be easier to provide assistance if you have any particular college in your mind as the admission procedure into BPT course is not same for all colleges.
