Hey there,

Good Greetings

The term OBC NCL :- O ther backward cast ( non creamy layer)

OBC  C :- Other backward cast ( Creamy layer )

Any indian citizen whose family income is less than 6lpa belong to the non creamy layer section and are entitled to the benefit of reservation . whereas whose family income is above 6lpa he/she belongs to the creamy layer and he /she is not entitled to any sort of reservations .

Hii,

NC OBC means non creamy layer which means any candidate belonging to OBC and having family income less than 6 lakh p.a. belongs to this non creamy layer and they will be given the benefits of reservation whereas, any OBC candidate having income above 6lpa are not eligible for reservation.
