Qualifying marks are for eligibility for form filling process of NEET. These are the minimum marks required to be eligible for the further process. This means you areliable for admission but doesn't guranteeyou a seat. While Cut-off marks are more important for admission into a medical college

Hello aspirant , NEET Qualified marks is just a marks which makes you eligible for admission in private college on Management quota. Below that score you can't get there even with Management quota. Apart from that you need to score that minimum marks, in order to do MBBS from abroad.
