Hello.

The documents required during NEET COUNSELLING ARE:

NEET SCORE CARD

NEET ADMIT CARD

10th Marksheet and Pass certificate

12th Marksheet and Pass certificate

Allotment letter

Domicile certificate (if claiming)

Reserved category certificate (if claiming)

Medical certificate required format given (if a particular college asks for)

Required Fees in Demand Draft

Aadhar Card copy

Any other government proof like Pan. Are, voter id etc

Application form print out of that particular state

Choice filling final print out.

They might give post preference form to you. Fill and submit it to them. (Eg IP UNIVERSITY COUNSELLING)
