The list of documents required for offline CUET-UG counselling at CUJ, Ranchi includes - SAMARTH Application form, Secondary school mark sheet, pass certificate of class 10, class 12 mark sheet, valid Certificate for Date of Birth, CUET (UG) application form and score card, NOC from the employer, if applicable, Conduct Certificate from Head of Institution last attended (Original), Migration Certificate (Original), Transfer Certificate/ College Leaving Certificate, as applicable (Original), Caste Certificates (if applicable), Self-Declaration Form for those applying under OBC-NCL category( if applicable), PWD/PH Certificate for those applying under the differently-abled category, Certificate of being registered as Kashmiri Migrant & Kashmiri Pandits/Kashmiri Hindu Families (Non-migrants) for those applying under the Kashmiri Migrant quota, Certificate(s) related to Defence Category eligible for Supernumerary Quota( if applicable) , Certificate(s) of representing International, National or State level in any sport/ game for those applying under sports quota( if applicable).
