If you have filled the application offline thenyou will have to send Photostat copy of the Marksheet/Grade sheet cum Certificate of Performance of the Roll No. filled in the application form and copy of e-challan/DD alongwith the confirmation page to the concerned Regional Office. And those who have filled the application form online they will have to send all the documents as in case of offline except e-challan/DD. Applicants also will have to send final confirmation of applications form as a proof of final payment.
