Here is the list of documents required while filling the GATE form

• Scanned image of candidate's photograph and signature as per the prescribed format and size

• Scanned copy of the eligibility certificate in pdf format. The Degree or Provisional certificate or certificate from the Head of the Department/Institute which you will get in your college.

• Scanned copy of Category  if you belong to SC/ST

• PwD or Dyslexic certificate if applicable in pdf format

Hello,

You can't apply for GATE exam in 3rd year. You can apply in final year i.e. in your 8th semester.

documents required will be your CGPA until 6th sem.  Identification documents which can be your adhar card/passport/ voter card.

You can apply for it through your institute and registration fee will be less.
