3) Admit card of your entrance exam
4) Provisional marksheet of entrance exam
5) Any one of the following identity proof- Passport/driving lisence/ PAN card/ Voter id card/ Bank Passbook/ Aadhar Card
6) Caste certificate (if any)
7) Migration Certificate (if any)
8) PRC (if required)

For admissions in b.sc you will first have to apply for the course through the official website as the admission procedure is online.
You will probably be needing the 10th and 12th marksheets to assure the marks and date of birth and some ID proofs. Once you register on the website for filling the form, you will gt the complete details.
