First of all, congratulations on making through NEET!!
As the counseling session will start, you will be asked to report to an alloted centre with all the required documents. Here is the list of the documents that you have to take along with you-

NEET admit card
NEET scorecard
Provisional seat allotment letter( alloted online)
Class 10th and 12th Marksheets
Birth Certificate
Identity proof( Aadhar card/driving license,etc)
Class 10th and 12th certificate
Passport size photographs
Category and Pwd certificate( if applicable)

Take the original documents along with attested photocopies of them.
