Class 10th certificate(for date of birth)

Class 10+2 Mark sheet

Class 10+2 certificate

Eight pass port size photographs(same as affixed on the admit card)

Provisional allotment letter generated on-line.

Proof of identity (Aadhar card,voter card,passport)

Category Certificate(If available)

NEET ADMIT CARD

10th Marksheet and Pass certificate

12th Marksheet and Pass certificate

Allotment letter

Domicile certificate (if claiming)

Reserved category certificate (if claiming)

Medical certificate required format given (if a particular college asks for)

Required Fees in Demand Draft

Aadhar Card copy

Any other government proof like Pan. Are, voter id etc

Application form print out of that particular state

Choice filling final print out.
